How long have you lived in (your town)? What made you decide to live here?
We have been in Jersey City for past 8 years. We lived in Manhattan for a couple years before we move to Jersey City. I loved the balance Jersey City offered in terms of space, community feeling, affordability and proximity to the city. Also, I could park my car in my own building and have some semblance of closet space, ha!
What’s your favorite family activity (in your town)?
I love taking Yash to the Liberty State Park, Little Gym, Three Little Birds and Gymboree. He loves music so I always look for activities with music!
Where’s your favorite place to eat and/or shop in your town?
I like Liberty House a lot, especially their outdoors are awesome in summer. On a breezy day, you could just there and enjoy the view with a glass of cider. Food is great too!
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I am a huge Tony Robbins Fan and a Firewalker! Just got back from my second Unleash the Power Within event in Dallas last summer.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
A very supportive husband and also my sister in law who helped us tremendously. An amazing team at work that I can count on when I need to leave early or come in late. I feel blessed!

I am the owner and founder of Liberty Physical Therapy in downtown Jersey City by Grove Street. We offer specialized services for Pediatrics, Pelvic Floor, Vestibular Rehab, Neuro Rehab, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in a 5000 sq ft, state of the art facility. We accept most insurances and, also offer discounted parking next to our clinic.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
Jersey City is a very tight knit community. When people find a good place, they refer their friends and family. It has helped with the growth of our practice tremendously. The transformation and growth of Jersey City, influx of people, increased awareness about health and wellness has also been instrumental.
