Keeping it Real with Jane DO | Hudson County Moms

New moms, seasoned moms, moms to be…let’s keep it real. Finding time to get to the gym can impossible and starting or restarting a new regime can be intimidating. That’s why Jane DO is now tackling the daunting world of fitness apps. Set to launch in March, Jane hopes to bring quality workouts and the Jane community to an entire demographic of women who can’t get into the actual studio. What makes Jane’s app different from other fitness apps is its authenticity. They only use one take, so you see them laugh together, flub words, sweat real sweat, and tackle taboo topics, like female incontinence.

Jane DO, a female owned and operated fitness studio that started right here in Jersey City by two former Rockettes, just kinda gets it. Co-Founders Jacey Lambros and Danielle DeAngelo know what it’s like to DO it all. From teaching classes at all 5 of their locations, including their newest in Flatiron, to hosting events, to engaging in speaking events, these two are working hard to cultivate the largest community of the most powerful women, who can use Jane DO as more than just a fitness studio.

“Jane is about more than just working out. Jane is a safe place, where women can build their strength, build friendships with other women, build their confidence, and ultimately become more powerful versions of themselves outside of the studio.” Says Danielle
